Upgrade when replacing MBP?

Hi,

I've just talked to Apple Care and they will replace my MBP because of yellow tinge.

Is it normally possible to upgrade the computer at the same time?

Today I have the 2,53GHz i5 with HR AG lcd and 8GB ram and I don't know if I should try to get the i7 or not.

When they replace a computer, do they put you first in line or do you have to wait normal deliverytime?

Since the model being replaced is current, they'll replace it with the exact same model.
