Upgrade with a family plan?

    I have gotten the following message on the Apple store the few times I have gotten to the end of the process:

    Your request couldn’t be processed.
    We’re sorry, but there was an error processing your request. Please try again later

    Is this because of a system failure or because my current iPhone is part of a family plan?

    Its just whats happening with everyone today. I am on a family plan and was just able to get my order through after trying all throughout the day. Best advice is just keep trying.
