Upgrade with AT&T and a 2-year contract. What do I do?

Okay, so I have been reading lots of articles about Apple not supplying AT&T 2-year contract iPhones but some people are claiming they cannot upgrade to an iPhone at Apple without switching to NEXT...

I just need an "Explain Like I'm 5" answer... what am I up against this October if I want to purchase an iPhone 6s Plus with a 2 year contract on AT&T? Need help knowing where to go, how to preorder, etc. Please and thank you so much!

You have to order through At&t. Since it will be after the release, best bet is just order from a store.

You choice is made for you. If you want the two year contract you HAVE to go to ATT. See how easy it is.
