Hi, I upgrade my new mac pro 2013 to Yosemite yesterday and he gave me this problem with the ram (see photo), the error is for one ram, ECC Error.
Can anyone help me?
( sorry for my bad eng )

as far as I understand italian, there has a recoverable error occurred. ECC means Error Checking and Correction. so the system didn't crash. anyway: I suggest you replace this DIMModule.

Since the machine is new, it will be under AppleCare (first year). It is warrantied so I would make arrangements for Apple to test it.

Fact is you've got a bad RAM stick, and being an ECC module it detected this.

Since it's still under warranty you should probably contact Apple and see about getting the faulty stick replaced.

And that's why some of us insist on ECC memory whenever it's available - we don't want any ambiguity about whether memory errors have occurred (even if they were corrected).

seems to have solved.

I repaired permissions with Disk Utility HD.

and the error no longer appears.

What I want to ask why no one has advised me?

because there's absolutely no connection between repairing permissions on your harddrive and ECC errors appearing/disappering on your RAM. that's why nobody advised you. pure coincidence...
