Upgraded 10.11 from GM but badge now stuck

I had the GM installed. Just upgraded it to the appstore version of 10.11.

Problem is, in the appstore icon it still has a red badge asking me to update to 10.11.1 beta. How do I kill it?

go to settings-appStore and there should be an option to turn of pre-release updates.
