Upgraded to 10.2- spotlight search not working

i have turned spotlight on and off, multiple resets and still does not work. Anyone having these issues or know how to fix. Thanks!

Did you turn on the apps in Settings > General > Spotlight Search? Mine's showing apps (Top Hit and Applications) just fine.
