Upgraded to 4.1: Application launch animations are a little screwy

I updated this evening.

If I launch Camera, then launch Photos, each time I launch Photos after that is slightly laggy. The Photos app doesn't do the normal animation, it just sort of pops into place.

Anyone else notice this?

I think I may have just gotten a bad file. For some strange reason, my baseband didn't update either.
