Upgraded to 4.1 Bricked iPhone 4. HELP

I just accidentally upgraded to 4.1 and now nothing on my phone works. I can't restore or do anything at all. I think I bricked my phone. How do i fix this?

like i said, nothing works not even the LED flash. The phone wont turn on

Before you go throwing around the term "bricked", first Youtube/Google how to do a correct DFU Restore. If that does not work, then post again here. I will tell you this though, if your iPhone is truly bricked, then you can probably just go get a replacement for it at your local Apple store, just don't tell them you had JB. My first iPhone4 bricked out of the blue on me due to a hardware battery failure, but I'm thinking that if you're phone is truly bricked, then they won't be able to tell how it got there, so they'll be forced to replace it.

Did you have Categories installed?

I did that once, and thought I had a brick too.

But after some research I discovered that a bricked iPhone is a bit of a myth.

DFU is your friend.

Try DFU mode and make sure your phone is charged up.

Nope, your phone is not bricked...
You are most likely not doing the Restore or DFU modes correctly...
