iPhone Upgraded to ios 7 and it deleted my CAMERA

I have an Iphone 4 and upgraded to Ios 7 and for some reason it has deleted my camera icon. There is no camera on the locked screen and I have downloaded a different camera app and it shows a black screen when using it.

Any ideas?!?!?

Yep. Just hit 'restore' after backing up to iCloud.

I didn't say to restore from a backup. Just to backup to iCloud and let iCloud push important things to your device.

Are you sure iOS didn't dump the icon into a folder?

Check restrictions in settings to make sure something related to camera has been enabled/disabled somewhere there.
