All iPads Upgraded to iOS 9 can't log in with passcode

So I upgraded to IOS 9 and everything was working great last night. This morning my iPad won't recognize my passcode. It's the same code I've always had and the same one I used last night. At this point my iPad is disabled. So what do I do? Is there a way to reset to factory settings? Any other solution.

as long as you synced it to iTunes at least one time in your life, you should still be able to connect it to iTunes and do a backup and restore.

reset to factory settings ( erasing it from www.cloud.com ) would be the last straw.

Are you sure it's asking for your passcode and not your iCloud password for activation?
