iPod touch Upgraded to Software V 2.0, Mail not working

So yesterday, I upgraded to Software 2.0 on my 16 gig Ipod touch. After much anticipation, backing up, and restoring, I can download apps, transfer music, sync, and everything else..... EXCEPT check emails! When I open up the mail app, it loads for a second or two, then just quits. My ipod will not open or check mail, even though it worked in 1.1.4.

Anyone have any suggestions or is this happening to anyone else?

Having exactly the same issue here.

It might be a permissions issue, I remember having to repair permissions on the iphone apps after jailbreaking 1.1.3 - but in order to change permissions I think you have to have SSH - which we won't have until jailbreak for 2.0 is released (prob in a few days)

I would just wait it out and check your email through Safari for the time being.
