Battery life is one of the best improvements. The iPhone 13 Pro has the biggest improvements though from the iPhone 12 Pro. ProMotion is awesome to have, along with battery improvements.
Well I don’t have the pro but I hope to get much better battery as the 12 battery life was not so good,

Also it appears that the notch is smaller.Excellent battery life and a larger screen to body ratio. The bump in battery life is very noticeable I’m sure.
Last charge at 12am. Played a 3-hour long YouTube video before bed at 5am. Ridiculous.
The notch is narrower, but I believe it comes down into the screen slightly further.
The fact that it’s narrower really doesn’t matter since you still have the same content/info available on each side of it. They could have fit a battery percentage on the right side, but they didn’t. I hate that.
Probably more battery life, then? The A14 is so powerful you won’t have noticed a difference between the two. Infact, it’ll take many years before you notice the difference between the A14 and A15.
My upgrade to the 13 was from the 8 Plus, not the 12, nevertheless I think you'll be very happy with the performance of the battery on the 13.
