Am I the only one who upgraded due to the camera? Upgraded from a iphone 6 plus. All the other features (3d touch) are somewhat gimmicky to me. I'm too excited for the 5mp front camera with screen flash! And 4k recording? Heck yes!

It's the *only* reason I'm upgrading from a Space Grey 128GB 6 to the same model in the 6S. Not that I care about the rear camera (I thought 8MP was enough and unlike those who don't know any better, I realise that pushing the pixel count too far in a small sensor can actually reduce image quality). However, the front camera was badly due an upgrade - I regularly go mountain/hill bagging in the UK and I take a 'selfie' at the cairn/trig marking each summit for my records, and the low resolution images from the 1.2mp front camera is absolutely awful. Seems a bit OTT to be spending another £700 on a new phone for a selfie camera, but I can give my girlfriend the 6 and put her immaculate 64GB 5S on eBay to offset at least some of the cost.

I'm upgrading for the Plus (have the standard 6 now), Camera, more RAM, in that order. I do think 3D touch will be appreciated more once we start using it.

I am interested in getting the iPhone 6s but concerned about the fact that it does not have the Optical Image Stabilization feature (found in the 6+/6+s) as photos might be blurry due to shaky hands when using the 6s.

Upgraded for ram and both cameras. Actually we still dont even know how much ram is in this thing. 6S not the +

If you upgrade for the camera, might as well go all the way to the 6S Plus.

I upgrade so my family get's another phone. :) One per year.

I am super excited about the improved camera. The camera is amazing on the iPhone. I really haven't used another phone camera that compares to the iPhone's camera. I am also excited about the live photo feature as a lock screen wallpaper.

I love Instagram and get asked all the time if my photos were really taken on a phone. Any upgrade to the camera is icing on the cake and definitely a plus for me.

Speaking of Plus, going to a much larger screen for editing photos (compared to my 5s) is going to rock. :)

I'm too lazy to look and I didn't notice in the announcement...but...do both, one, or neither phones have image stabilization?

Only the PLUS has the Optical Stabilization. The 6S Plus has activated OS for Video as well. The 6 Plus only had OS for photos, in low light.

Don't worry too much. Very likely 2GB in both models to support 3D Touch peek and pop functions with fast response. I really don't expect the 6s would've different than the 6s Plus in that respect.

The camera, 4K video (!), 3D touch, faster Touch ID (it's already pretty damned fast, can't imagine double the speed), faster CPU, are the things I'm most excited about.

Live photos might be neat, dunno. Have to play with that. Extra RAM? Can't hurt. Not a real consideration for me, though (doubt I'll be editing 4K video on this thing). The extra RAM may be a necessity for some of those extra features above, in which case it's a freebie, but in and of itself it's not something I've been itching for.

Sweet. I wasn't aware of this before (OIS for video). Awesome. :)

I think the memory upgrade is worth it.

A pet peeve of mine, web pages reload quite frequently. I sometimes have to look up multiple things, and edit a third page. I hate when that page reloads and I loose what I am working on. Just saying.
