Upgrading a 5,1 8-core Mac Pro

So I've spent so time researching this but still haven't found a definite answer. Does the 2010 5,1 Mac Pro use lidless CPU's? I know the 2009 8-core does but the 2009/10 4-core models don't. What does the 2010 8-core model use? Please don't say lidless!! 😛

I would also say IMO.... non-lidded CPU/processors = No hassle as well... just a little more TLC is needed along with some patience.
