Upgrading eMac

I'm looking at upgrading the ram on the 1Ghz eMac.

I think it can only go up to 1Gb.

Any suggestions on where to shop and how much to spend?

Also thinking about putting in an Airport card and upgrading the OS.

Mostly for Internet use.
