I have several email only accounts that I want to upgrade into a family pack (yes, my family members are the lock-in preventing me from quitting this mess...). I'm just worried that since they will be effectively changing service, they might lose their .mac email addresses. Whenever I email MM support about this they send an irrelevant automated response (general stuff about account upgrading) and an invitation to reply to the email if my question has not been answered. So I reply.... and receive the exact same automated response again. Has anyone done this, and were the .mac addresses kept?
