I know hardware wise there is not much of the different on AW10 and AW11.
But I like to hear some advise from people upgraded from AW10 to AW11, on month usage. Especially Apple mention it on 24H usage.
Google search review, some claim usage is 48H.

My AW10 with cellular activate, currently battery health 95% with only 8month usage. I require to charge 2x within 24h, 1 in the evening before sleep 10pm, and in the morning 6am before I start my work. Consider I am a moderate user as I dont bring my phone around most of the time, while only see message on applewatch. Workout everyday, track my sleep…etc.

Any advise is welcome…🤝

It'd be cheaper to buy a used series9 or SE2 to wear while sleeping. Switch between them at bedtime and when getting ready for work, with the other one on the charger. Your phone will automatically switch to whichever watch you're wearing.

I do - kept my series9 for sleep tracking when I bought my series10

Remember that battery health (i.e. battery degradation) is not a linear scale, which is why Apple (and other OEMs) recommend a battery health of 80% to be a recommend to replace. Batteries should retain 100% "health" (max charge capacity) for several years, provided they are not always charging to full and/or discharging below ~15-20% (these 2 things put the most strain on batteries and their ability to maintain a full capacitance).

That being said, it sounds like you need an Ultra if you are looking for decent battery life while wanting to do all the things you want it for.

Manage to get series 11 Tit on amazon offer.

Now it really fit in my daily usage. Battery usage pass 24hrs. Notice that the weight is a lot heavy on Tit version. Might due to bigger batt, & take longer time to charge 100%.
