Upgrading from iOS 8.1

i just bought an iPhone 6 with iOS 8.1 the whole purpose of this was to have a jail token phone since a new jailbreak is looking bleak. I was wondering if there was ANY way possible to upgrade to iOS 9.1, but not anything higher because this is the last iOS that was jail broken. I mean I'm okay with using iOS 8.1 but I was just wondering because I do not want to end up with the latest iOS and no jailbreak. I'm new to this site also niggas.
 
Once you upgrade, you cannot roll back unless Apple let you. Only happen a couple of times and that was for a upgrade that was too unstable.
