Upgrading from (jailbroken) 4.0 to 4.2?

I've got an iPod Touch 3G with 4.0 installed, jailbroken with JailBreakMe.com
Almost all of my apps are Installous apps, and I don't want to lose the data and apps. All the Installous apps are also stored on iTunes. So I want to know what I need to do if I want to upgrade my firmware. I've got the latest versions of PwngeTool, TinyUmbrella, iTunes, Installous and the latest IPSW.


So I want to upgrade it to 4.2.1 without losing my Installous apps AND DATA (!!!!), and installed Cydia packages. What do I have to do?
