Size will definitely be a jump (45mm/49mm) plus supposedly thinner design. SoC will be another improvement but no new health features, actually one less because there will be no SpO2 on U.S. versions.. I've been holding off replacing my S6 as it still works fine IMO and when the battery capacity dips below 80% I'll be turning it in for a replacement using AppleCare+..
