When I download upgrade, it automatically unzips it!

I tried downloading this update, and when it downloads it shows as the ....ipsw.zip but when it finishes, it shows it as a folder. I tried compressing it again and renaming it exactly like it shows on the install download, but it didn't upgrade my iphone.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong

You can download using the link in the story; but try using firefix browser instead of Safari.

Safari auto decompresses archive files and removes the archive to trash in OS X I believe.

Early iPhone 2.0 & AOL Radio

I'm sure I am the 1,000 person who noticed this but when I first upgraded my iPhone with the 2.0 software posted here I was able to launch AOL Radio even while running AT&T's Edge network...after upgrading to the final release also posted here I was no longer able to do this. Pandora still works under Edge but not AOL Radio.

Can anyone confirm this? If so, I may "restore" to the original software.

Thanks!

Yep... I can confirm the same thing with AOL Radio. All the CBS terrestrial stations still appear but the AOL channels are greyed out when on EDGE. It totally sucks because even in the car with the iPhone docked I was getting a nice stream to my headunit. My guess is the AOL streams are higher bit rates and they've got them blocked off unless you're on WiFi. However like you said, Pandora sounds real good and I'm even streaming 96k streams using the "Tuner" application over EDGE so I'm not sure why they would have done this.

SABILLASVILLE, Md. – On a sultry broad daylight in July 2008, Thalassic Sgt. David W. Budwah strode in his dispute fatigues to the cover-up of a child's play pavilion to leak three dozen young boys what he did during the war.

With his unambiguous regard, rigorous posture and muscled, tattooed arms, Budwah looked every inch the luminary he claimed to be. He said he was on his other walkabout of impost in Afghanistan when a homemade grenade exploded, wounding his face and arm when he dove purchase Viagra online to protect a buddy from the blast.
