Sorry just a quick one, I'm sorting out my old macbook pro for my girlfriend and want to upgrade the iLife package on it.
Can I upgrade from iLife 06 straight to iLife 09? Or do I have to have 08 to upgrade from?
Also are we expecting a '10 announcement at WWDC or is it good for another year?
Basically iPhoto 06 with no events is a right pain!

Equally, if I bought the Mac Package (as it needs to upgrade it from leopard to snow leopard too, will it all work ok? And will iWork install even though I don't have a previous version?)

Thanks for your help.

There is no "upgrade" offered by apple, so you can just get the latest retail package of iLife and install it. It will update/convert any libraries needed.

As for notice about iLife 10, I highly doubt any word will be given at apple Developer's conference. We're nearly into June with nary a word from them on any update. That being the case, I don't think there will be an iLife 10
