Upgrading mbp

This weekend I am going to a computer show and need to know what hard drive to buy (for example what size well fit?And what ram number (for example pc5300) what do I need ? Basically what physical spec will fit
heres what I have-2.2 mbp 160gb hard drive 2gb ram

Any of the SATA laptop drives should fit except the 500GB. I think only the Samsung one will fit. It's not for sale yet though.
