Anyone know a good like that shows you how to upgrade a 2012 macmini that already has an existing fusion drive?

Fusion can be unfuzed!!!

When you replace the HD in the mini you will break the fusion set up BEWARE.

It can be rebuilt if you have some patience and are willing to do a little terminal work. The removal of the drive it self is brain less and can be found on iFixit.com

Watch those cables!!

Good Luck! :D

In a 2012 mini you don't need terminal. The Disk Util GUI on the external boot drive (or internet recovery) will repair it in one click when you first begin to start the machine and load OS. In fact you have more trouble in a 2012 mini making an unfused setup than fused. So anyway, it is really easy, but yes you lose the fusion in the old setup.
