Hi, i will be buying the soon to be iphone 5 and i want to transfer everything over to it from my iphone 4, but when i transfered everything with itunes over to my iphone 4 from my old ipod touch it didnt transfer app or music data i.e. what level i'm on and the play count. Is there any way to resolve this issue or will icloud do it.

It would not be surprising if meaningless metadata like play count and ratings were not transferred. You'll have to wait and see.
