Upgrading my mid-2009 MacBook's hdd

any ideas as to which hdd I should opt for, i'm looking for a 320gb preferably but have read that the original 320gb supplied with the mid-2009 MacBook's is not the best.

My current hdd is the 160gb (FUJITSU MHZ2160BH FFS G1)
