Upgrading NVidea 8800GT in MacPro 3.1

Would an upgrading of this video card makes simulator games like 'Trainz Mac' and 'Railworks 2' (on Windows Vista partition) running faster and/or smoother?
And if so: which one is the best? MacPro early 2008, 2.8 eight-core, 8 gb ram.
