I know this is a mac forum but my dad has been using quicken '98 on his computer untill recently. He backed it up every time he used it and the computer died about a year ago. He's upgraded to 2008 and tried to instal the backup but It's not working. The files are saying there password protected but they shouldn't be and password crackers are saying there not, there just from the german version of quicken, again, there not.
I know this is a mac forum but, lets face it, i'm not in a windows forum. If anyone has any info or experience on this i'd love a bit of help. Having no luck here.
p.s. First time using vista, my god. XP wasn't the worst, this is just shocking!!! i can't use it at all.
