Hello, I've been looking for ways to upgrade the old 64MB graphics card in my FW800 (Mirror Drive Doors) G4 tower. This mac uses an AGP slot for graphics cards, can anyone provide me with ways of getting a graphics card with at least 128MB vram in this thing?

Ebay is your friend - look for a guy named Applemacanix. He sells many PPC graphics cards.
This seller guy is a turd. I asked a question about fan speed on a x1900 GPU and he blocked me on eBay so I can't even buy the card... Didn't bother even replying to my question.

Do not recommend.

I know it's a late reply! I just realized. You can buy ATI Radeon 9600 XT ( they are 128MB) from G5 Power Macs , they are pretty cheap on e.bay. Just look for 9600 XT with ADC and HDMI ports. Then you can make a mod, tape pins 3 and 11. Also you can proceed with ADC mod if you have an Apple Cinema Display with ADC connector. It's described in this article. http://pistolerapost2.com/viewing/96002g4.html
ADC powers up the monitor and everything works except the monitor power button. You have to use PPC tower button to turn the system on and off.
