upgrading to 4.3.1 without losing my current jailbreak settings/apps

How do I uprade and jailbreak to 4.3.1 without losing my current settings and apps etc...?

Also, are there any problems with updating itunes? I have been holding off just because I am unsure.

I really really really wouldn't bother updating to 4.3.1, terrible battery draining POS...but thats just my opinion of it.

Yeb, I just downgraded mine back to 4.2.1.

Really? I was on 4.2.1 and out of the blue my battery started draining just sitting in my pocket. The update to 4.3.1 seems to have that fixed for me.
