Hi all 🙂
I want to upgrade to iCloud Photo Library but I need to know how can I sync my iPhoto library with my iOS devices. Is it even possible or I'll just have to wait for next year's Photos.app?

Yes. You have to wait until next year's Photos App.

Until then, images from your iPhones/iPads will show up in your Photo Stream on you Mac, and will most likely be imported but it won't be seamless until we all get the Photos App.
