Don't hold me to this, but I'm guessing yes. I have the 2G as well and I'm eligible because the last time I bought a subsidized phone was fall of 2006. It doesn't matter with the plan, it matters the last time AT&T footed the bill for your phone

Yes, you're eligible. I skipped the 3G too and my contract isn't up, but I got the subsidized prices.

You'll need to pay off the entirety of your bill on myWireless first, though.
