Upgrading to iPhone X via My Verizon App

How was everyone’s experience using the Verizon app on a pre order night? Too many page clicks? Any hang ups?

Planning on making this my backup as my primary method will be on a desktop and my uber-fast Google Fiber connection on the Apple Store webpage.
