Upgrading via OTA or Wired?

Does it matter whether one upgrades via OTA or wired? Is one method preferred over the other? If so, what are the advantages/disadvantages?

Or, is it merely a matter of having a solid (not telephone) connection?

wired is faster.. i upgraded to 6 the second it came out wirelessly, i had no problems... took me like 1 hour, my wife's phone, took like 20 minutes.. no problems either... more like a personal choice...
