Upgraging from 4.3.3 after Downgrading from 4.3.5

I down graded my IP4 from 4.3.5 and want to update it eventually to 5.0 is this possible? I keep getting errors trying to update back to 4.3.5

Do you have SHSH blobs save? if not, you can't because Apple stops signing 4.3.5 and that the reason you receive an error message.
