    Not enough information;

    What do you mean by repairing it?
    What application would you repair it with or would someone else repair it for you?
    Where is it currently that you want to upload from?
    Is it digital, eg a file somewhere? Or is it a physical print?

    If it's already on your computer, click on "Manage Attachments" below the Reply to Thread box, and take it from there, bearing in mind the file size limits. If it's not, you'll have to scan it.

    I assume you mean editing/enhancing. If you want a quick edit/enhance try flickr or an online image storage website. If you want hardcore editing you can try Gimp (free) which isn't bad.
