Upload iPhone 3Gs Contacts to MobileMe Contacts

I'm just wondering if there is a way to push/upload my iPhone 3Gs contacts to MobileMe contacts? If there is a way to do all of them at once, that would be great. I'm using a Windows Vista pc. Any suggestions would be grateful and I thank you in advance.

You should just be able to turn mobile me contact syncing on in settings where you set up your mobile me email account. That should merge them. However, I'm not 100% sure (it might just erase your phone contacts). Make sure you have a backup in Outlook or somewhere on your PC before you try? I think you should also be able to sync Outlook contacts with mobile me? (I'm not sure, I only have Macs).
