upload pics from Photos to pic sharing site like tinypic.com?

Is there ANY way tup upload screenshots or other photos in the Photo app to photo link sharing websites like tinypic.com (or any others)? I post on forums a lot and often would like to include screen captures or other pics with my posts.. is there ANY way whatsoever to do this with the iPad?

I don't understand why apple doesn't allow for it's own browser to access the photo gallery.
