Uploaded photos

Quite a few photos seem to have been uploaded in the last few days, what guide are they being used for?

They aren't used in any guides. Some of them were uploaded to be used in the forums, which isn't allowed. They've been deleted.

And another one. Maybe only people who make meaningful edits should be allowed to upload photos.

I added a warning to the Upload File form. We'll see if it makes much difference.
