uploadimng via ftp

i ahve a godaddy hosting plan and i made a website with iweb....i exported the site to a folder and uploaded it via the godaddy browser ftp. i have the index.htm file and the folder that iweb exported uploaded along with something caled stats thatw as laready theer and it wnt let me delete. i deleted some other stuff tahtwas theere.. what fiels do i need to ahve in the ftp directory and in what order
