Hey guys,
With the developer center down I cannot create a Store provisioning profile for my application. Last night I went to publish it and got to the phase where it had me select a signing certificate for my application and then realized this would be a problem, however had not reached any kind of error yet. Is there any way to get my app on the store? Will it possibly create the provisioning profile when I attempt to upload it?

Thanks for any help

Well that's no good. I didn't realise that part of things is messed up.
iTunes Connect has been working for me, so problems at the business end
creating new apps, certs, etc. ?

The mobile provision, for me has always been produced there,
and I have had one expire, and had to do it again, drag it to Xcode, delete the old provision file.
so if we're talking about the same thing... no, that whole process doesn't seem to work FOR us when it is working. It's fortunate that the compiler plays ball.

Just a note...
I had an app go into review within 24 hours of upload,
(uploaded in my morning, and in review through my night in Aus).
but that was about three days ago.
I'm not so concerned about the update, it's just a catch up for that app,
but it's a bit weird isn' it?

Yeah, iTunes connect works, so I can check sales/updates/etc. And I can add a new version of an app because I have the provisioning profiles already created. I can't however create a new provisioning profile for an app.
