Uploading Movies

I have uploaded a few movies I shot from my iP4 - and they are coming out with some weird bubble effect, or when I try to create them on iMovie on my desk top it looks crunched down - anyone know what this is? 😕 or how to fix it.

I could be far off base here, but try holding the phone in landscape mode when filming. Meaning, hold it sideways.
