you can't get money from youtube.

actually he can, there is a youtube partnership program that give the publisher share or ads income.
However you need to have a lot of video 1st with 1000s of views and the bad thing is i think it's applied in india yet.

I don't think you can upload directly to YouTube from Screenflow, but you can from IShowU.

you can also use iMovie or QuickTime X (snow leopard only)

but i recommend uploading from the website it self
