Universal Uploading Voice Memo files

Hi there,

I am trying to upload a Voice memo audio file to CoPilot to transcribe and process to produce a report on a meeting. I don't seem to be able to upload the file, I have tried converting it to mp3 format, but it is still greyed out and cannot be selected for upload.

Any ideas please?

I have managed to sort it by a roundabout route. CoPilot cannot accept ANY voice files, a pity it does not state that when asked!!!

Anyway I have used Otter.ai and it has done a useful job.
