Upper Right

How do you configure those little Icons in the upper right? I am OK with most, but there is some stupid vice-looking thing that stupid Stuffit put there...

You mean on the upper-right of the menu bar? You can hold Command and drag them around/off the menu bar as if you were dragging stuff around your dock.

You should be able to cmd+drag them off the menu bar.

If not check the preferences for the application or System Preference pane for that application.
