So 6/5 ordered a thinkpad to use at work since bootcamp wasn't cutting it and needed a nice quality notebook. Lenovo uses ups to ship which I wasn't too thrilled about. Lenovo finally shipped my notebook after assembly on 6/11 from shanghai. Which it sat at (hub scan) throughout the weekend with an original delivery of 6/17 but then changed to 6/16. Great! Not to much longer. Well this am on expected delivery date it now shows import scan in Louisville and a delivery exception and delay until 6/17!! I then now check my tracking again and it now shows exception delivery on 6/18!!! This is the second time ups has failed to deliver a package to me on time, anyone else had experiences like this? Do you think i should call lenovo and complain or ups?
