UPS don’t deliver on weekends?!!

- Was due to receive iMac Friday 26th

- Tracker status was "out for delivery" and "on time". Great.

- No delivery... it was actually “missed in the facility” and would be delivered “next business day”.

- Well, UPS don’t deliver weekends! (can you believe that… sounds like bs). So now it’s Monday!

- Me: ”Can I just come a collect it myself”
- UPS: “No sorry its locked up for the weekend”

That’s precisely what I rang them to ask. They said it’s locked up in the warehouse and no there is no access to it. So no, I can't.

I don’t actually mind waiting, I'm just annoyed at the fact that the only reason I didn’t get it yesterday was incompetence. I could have had better things to do that wait around all day.
