I went to put in a request to have my package held at the UPS customer center through their live chat. I was excited about the idea that I could pick it up in the morning rather than waiting all day. Then I get this devastating news:
My package still shows that it's coming tomorrow on the tracking page:
But when you click on live chat, it shows an exception. Now they're saying they can't guarantee delivery for tomorrow:
Any other of my my fellow impatient iPhone 5S buyers have this issue?
