Ups scam email

today I got Email from (information@customer-ups.com) it says Postal
Notification

It disabled any update I can not update my windows.

how can I remove it?

that is a fake ups account, just delete the email.

The problem is I have downloaded thr attachment file which is PDF and then changed to TXT 😀

and it disabled my system i can not update 😀

how can I remove it from the registry? 😕

it disabled the windows security center service. I will upload the picture.
it disables windows update ( I cannot update )
it disabled some connections.
