UPS Sucks! #ShipGate

Anyone here in Arizona having trouble with UPS? Mine came to Phoenix, where I live!, and then went to Tucson and UPS put "we incorrectly shipped your package to the wrong facility, your package will be delayed by one business day"

A friend of mine has his stick in Louisville!

And my girlfriends phone says 9/17 for no reason at all!

Welcome to UPshit. Try having them screw up a delivery of medication shots and spending hours on the phone explaining it has to be delivered or if it sits in a hot warehouse overnight it will be ruined and I will have to go into the hospital and fight for an 8000 dollar reimbursement.

UPS sucks, Fedex is SLIGHTLY better, and USPS is almost unusable.

That MIGHT be applicable if it was an honest mistake but my bother worked at UPS. He told me about a game they played at the warehouse called package soccer. No joke. They don't give two craps about the packages.
 
The crappy part is, if Apple released the iPhone on a Monday, then a delay such as this would result in only one day and not 3, since you now have to wait until Monday.
 
I'm in Phoenix and having delivered via UPS. Arrived Phoenix yesterday at 3:03PM and is currently out for delivery.

Stuff happens. These are falible human beings. How many mistakes have you made so far in your life? Clearly, not getting your $750 smartphone for another day or two is a first world problem.

something someone who got their phone on time would say! Lol! Kidding of course. It's just this isn't the first time ups screwed me. I ordered a pair of shoes and it said delayed to a derailed train. Great and all the package came it looked like it caught on fire.

So much for CS saying it just "came off the tracks" nothing about it catching fire.

Another time they just lost the package of medication we ordered.
 
I got my girlfriends regular 7 and my shotgun I returned to Remington this morning around 10:30am without issue from UPS.

Call UPS and ask them to have it transferred to Phoenix so you can pick it up either today or tomorrow.

I'd buy that if I hadn't worked inside the West Coast Air Hub for UPS for seven years. :D

Plenty of horror stories over those seven years.

But, yes, a human made a mistake and if you're management at UPS they just reassign you.

Like what happened when the ramp supervisor forgot about an entire 747 full of Next Day Air.

Lucky us, UPS reassigned him to be our sort supervisor!!!! :D

LOL!

Belt fires. Totes of small packages and letters being turned into confetti when getting jammed in the belts. Oh yeah, lots of fun!
 
Well my watch and wife's phone were delivered a half hour ago, mine has been out for delivery all day today and still nothing yet. Driver said that is all he had for me, hoping it comes on another truck today.

Anyone ever had multiple items out for delivery with UPS and not receive one and have another ups truck deliver it later in the day?

Ive had that happen, on a day like today it wouldn't surprise me.

I'm in Tempe mine was delayed until tomorrow :( suppose to be here today
